NOTES:
Ice may be sold to teams within the association (AAHA). The team AAHA originally issued the ice will be billed. It is the responsibility of the team to collect payment from the buyer and to notify the arena of the schedule change. Ice not sold remains the responsibility of the original team.

Buyers outside the association must enter a contract with the Ice Arena Association and AAHA must return the ice to AAIA.
