Raffle Calendars

Tickets can be dropped off in the mail slot marked for Raffle Turn In in  the mailboxes just to the left when you enter Rink 1.

The Raffle drawing will take place on Sunday, Dec 10th, 2023 at 6:00 pm in the Board Room in Rink 1.
The deadline to turn in raffle tickets is Sunday, Dec 10th, 2023 PRIOR to 6:00 pm. 

Monthly winners can be found each month on the AAHA Home page by clicking on Raffle 2024 from the Home tab dropdown list.  Winning checks will be mailed out by the end of each month. 

Please contact current AAHA Fundraising Director when a check is not received by a winner.


Team Fundraising

ALL fundraising done by your team MUST be approved by the Board and financially run through AAHA.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Failure to do so can result in AAHA losing it's non-profit status.

Some fundraising options have been pre-approved by the Board:
Heggie's Pizza Fundraising
Buffalo Wild Wings
Chipotle

Examples:

  1. If your team sells Heggie's Pizzas: all money collected must be turned into the Finance Manger and the check to pay Heggie's MUST be written from the AAHA bank account.  When turning in the money, a spreadsheet must be included showing each player's name that sold pizzas, the amount of money being turned in for that player and them the credit that needs to be applied to that player's account with AAHA.
  2. If your team does a fundraising night at a restaurant: if there is any payment due to the restaurant, the check MUST be written from the AAHA bank account.  Any money received from this fundraiser must be turned in to the Finance Manager with information of how the funds will be credited to each family.
