When do Games Begin?

District 10 league play begins on Nov 6th, 2023.
Exception: League play for 15U teams will begin Nov 13th, 2023.


Adding Events to Your Team Calendar

Tournaments, practices and games will be added to your calendar by others.
DO NOT DELETE OR EDIT THESE ITEMS.

You will need to add any team events and scrimmages to your calendar. 

How to add an event on your phone:

  1. In the Mobile App, click on the team you need to add an event for.
  2. While on the Teams tab at the bottom of the app with the star, choose the Schedule tile.
  3. Click on the blue circle with the Plus Sign.
  4. Click New Event.
  5. Follow the prompts on this screen to fill out the needed information.
  6. Once complete, click Add in the upper right corner.

How to add an event on a computer:

  1. On the AAHA website, click on the team's page.
  2. Make sure the Edit Mode toggle on the left of the screen is on.
  3. Click on Manage Team, just under and to the right of the Team name.
  4. When on the Schedule, click on New Event on the right.
  5. Fill out the needed information on the pop up
  6. Once complete, click Add Event in the lower right corner.

Game Volunteers

You will need to schedule the following volunteers for each game, home and away.  These volunteer hours DO NOT count towards a family's required 12 volunteer hours.

ALL GAMES
Locker Room Monitors (This is a requirement during practices, also)

HOME GAMES
Game Book (IPad)
Game Clock
Penalty Box

AWAY GAMES
Penalty Box

Important: At away games, please check the IPad to verify that your roster is correct before the start of the game.
 


Important Referee Information

District 10 is responsible for scheduling the refs for your home games.  You do not need to fill out a Referee Request Form like you do for home scrimmages.

Please check to make sure referees are at the arena for home games 20 minutes prior to your game's start time.  If they are not, call the referee hotline immediately - 763-221-8886 

IMPORTANT NOTE - The referee's may be on the ice prior to your event, check with them also.
