Your team's tournaments have been added to your team's calendar, and may also be listed on your team's web page.
You are free to post them any way you wish on your team's web page, but they must be on the page somewhere.
DO NOT remove them from your team's calendar.

You will receive more information about your tournaments, like hotel info, from your Traveling Director most likely during the Manager's meeting, if not before.

Please contact your team's tournaments to make sure they have YOUR name and number as your team's contact.  They will also need team rosters with coaches information.

Please verify with your tournament hotels that your team block is still being held.
If there is an issue, please contact your Traveling Director immediately.

If your team registers for an additional tournament, please forward the registration receipt to the Finance Manager so payment can be sent.

If the tournament does not have an online registration and a paper registration form needs to be mailed in, please fill it out completely and put in the Boardroom mail slot, just to the left of the Boardroom door, addressed to the attention of the Finance Manager.  A check will be sent to the tournament, along with the registration form.

This is for the teams who will participate in one of the Anoka Classic Tournaments.  Not all traveling teams participate.

Each team is required to provide 40 total "team" volunteer hours for the tournament your team is in.  Managers need to keep track of their team's hours and email the list (hours broken down by family providing the volunteer hours) to Kim Brotkowski, our Finance Manager, once the list is complete. 

Please remind your parents that the hours worked at their tournament count towards their 12 mandatory volunteer hours.

Any team that provides the 40 volunteer hours will a reduced Tournament Registration Fee.
