Your team's practices and games will be uploaded to your team's calendar by the Ice Scheduler.
After each "block" of ice is scheduled, and uploaded, Team Managers will receive an email notifying them of the update.  Please communicate to your team that updates have been made.

DO NOT DELETE OR EDIT ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN ADDED TO YOUR CALENDAR BY OTHERS!

If an event on your calendar needs to be canceled or rescheduled, you will need to "ADD" an event to your calendar stating the change.

If you schedule an event (team activity or team bonding, etc.) or an 'away' scrimmage for your team, you must notify the Ice Scheduler immediately.   

Please contact the ice scheduler if you would like to request 'home' ice to host a 'home' scrimmage.  When completing the information in the form, enter the date of your 'top choice' for the scrimmage to take place.   The ice scheduler will contact you with scheduling information regarding the request.

Using the link below (2023-24 Scrimmage/Event Notification) will allow your information to be recorded to help prevent a practice (or game) being scheduled at the same time as an away event or scrimmage and to begin the process to secure ice for a home scrimmage.

Please fill out the form below any time your team trades ice with another team, sells ice to another team or purchases ice from another team.
